Bank holiday service update

Early May Bank Holiday

Our service will be slightly reduced over the Bank Holiday period. There will be some changes to collection times, as well as customer service hours.

To receive your orders before the Bank Holiday please read the information below.

Collection times

Please check your local pharmacy opening hours, it’s always worth ringing ahead before collecting to see if they have your prescription ready.

  • Orders approved before before 5pm Friday 3rd May should be available for same-day collection from your chosen pharmacy providing the pharmacy is open

Service closures

Emergency contraception

  • These services and/or treatments will not be available from 5pm Friday 3rd May until 8am Tuesday 7th May.
  • If you need this medication urgently, please visit your local pharmacy, walk-in centre, contact 112 or your out-of-hours GP service.

Please note these services will resume as normal from Tuesday 2nd Aril 2024.

Customer service hours

  • Monday 6th May: 9am – 1pm 

Our clinicians will be unable to help you in an emergency or with any queries not linked to the services we provide.

  • 116 123 - If you are feeling depressed (Samaritans)

How our service works

Online consultation

Step 1

Select a medication and complete a short questionnaire.

Our doctors approve your treatment

Step 2

A doctor will assess your answers and, if suitable, provide a prescription.

In-pharmacy collection

Step 3

Your prescription will be sent by our doctors to your chosen pharmacy and you can pay for your treatment in-store.
