As the coronavirus situation unfolds, we are endeavouring to continue with our service as much as we can. We are however having to adapt some of our services.
Responding to your messages
We are experiencing a an increase in demand for our services, so there may be a delay in responding to your messages and processing your prescriptions.
Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, please allow up to 14 days for postal prescriptions.
Pharmacists may not be able to supply the full quantity for a 6 month prescription all at once and may need to fulfil the remainder of the prescription at a later date. For up to date information on any changes to LloydsPharmacy services, click here.
Government guidance in response to coronavirus (COVID-19)
Department of Health guidance states:
- if you have a fever or cough you should stay at home regardless of your travel or contact history
- if you’ve returned from an area subject to travel restrictions, you should restrict your movements for 14 days

All people are advised to:
- reduce social interactions
- keep a distance of 2 metres from other people
- Not shake hands or make close contact with other people where possible
If you have coronavirus symptoms, do not go to your GP surgery, local pharmacy or hospital. You will need to self-isolate and phone your GP, who will then decide if you need to be tested or not.

If you think you’ve been in contact with a confirmed case of coronavirus or to a healthcare facility in another country where coronavirus patients are being treated, visit HSE. You will be put in contact with your local Department of Public Health staff.
