Changes to our service
As the coronavirus situation unfolds, we are endeavouring to continue with our service as much as we can. We are however having to adapt some of our services.
Responding to your messages
We are experiencing a an increase in demand for our services, so there may be a delay in responding to your messages and processing your prescriptions.
Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, please allow up to 14 days for postal prescriptions.
Until further notice pharmacists cannot take your blood pressure, height and weight in store. For in-pharmacy contraception prescriptions please take these readings at home and hand them to your pharmacist when you collect your medication. Your pharmacist will be unable to dispense your medication without these readings.
