Christmas and New Year Delivery and Collection Information

Our service may be subject to delays and alterations over Christmas and New Year.

Christmas service

Standard Delivery: Order by 12pm on Monday 17th December to receive your prescription in time for Christmas. Prescriptions requested after this date may be delivered after Wednesday 2nd January.

In-Pharmacy Collection: Order by 2pm on Monday 24th December to collect in pharmacy the same day.

New Years' service

In-Pharmacy Collection: Order by 2pm on Monday 31st December to collect in pharmacy the same day.

Please note that all orders are subject to stock availability, pharmacy opening times and clinical approval.

Our doctors will be unable to help you in an emergency or with any queries not linked with services we provide. If you require urgent assistance, please call:

STI Test Kits

Order before 1pm on Thursday 20th December for delivery before Christmas. Normal service will resume on Wednesday 2nd January.

Emergency services: Ventolin

Please note that we will not be able to provide any Ventolin treatment between the 24th and 26th of December, the 31st of December and 1st of January. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
