How does your service work?

Our service offers you a safe, affordable and discreet alternative to visiting your local doctor.  Simply complete an online questionnaire and if you are suitable for treatment, we will issue you with a prescription for medication. Our doctors aim to process orders within an hour during the week.

Order online, collect in-pharmacy
If you place your order before 4pm Monday-Friday you should be able to collect your prescription the same day from a LloydsPharmacy.

Simply select the 'in-pharmacy collection' option at checkout and choose your store. When you collect, you'll need to pay for the medication.

Same-day collection is subject to opening times and availability, so it’s worth ringing the pharmacy ahead of collection to check they have your prescription ready.

Postal prescriptions
You should receive your paper prescription within five-seven working days of placing your order.

Please be aware of potential postal delays, particularly if you're ordering time-sensitive treatment.

How do I order?

Complete a short medical questionnaire and pay for your prescription online. Our doctors usually confirm your order within an hour during the week.

If suitable for treatment, you’ll receive a notification that your prescription is ready in your Patient Record.

You can choose to either pick up your prescription in a pharmacy or have it posted to you. If your order is approved before 4pm, you should be able to pick up your prescription and pay for your medication the same day.

Prescriptions sent out by post should arrive within five to seven working days. You can then take your prescription to your local pharmacy and pay for your treatment.

If the doctor can’t prescribe, we’ll send you a message and refund you. Your refund should appear in your account within five working days.

Is your service safe and legitimate?

Yes. All our doctors are registered with the Irish Medical Council. You can find out more by visiting our terms and conditions

Can I get medicines through the post?

No. In Ireland it’s illegal to send prescription medication in the post.

We can either post you your prescription and you can take it to any pharmacy and pay for your medication. Or you can collect it from a LloydsPharmacy and pay for you medication on the same day.

How long will it take for my prescription to arrive?

Each prescription is hand-signed by one of our doctors, so it can take five to seven working days. Please be aware of potential postal delays, particularly if you are ordering time-sensitive treatment.

If you require your prescription sooner, we suggest you use the in-pharmacy collection option.
